Belal Kaseer, MD

Dr. Belal Kaseer is a cardiologist with advanced training in interventional cardiology. He completed his medical education at Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy in Ukraine before completing his internal medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital–TriHealth in Cincinnati, where he also served as Chief Internal Medicine Resident. He subsequently completed a cardiovascular disease fellowship at West Virginia University and pursued advanced fellowship training in interventional cardiology at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital.

Dr. Kaseer is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and holds additional certification through the National Board of Echocardiography and the Board of Nuclear Cardiology. His research experience spans atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, cardiovascular outcomes, and the relationship between cardiovascular health and conditions such as stress and COVID-19. He has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and scientific abstracts throughout his career.

Dr. Kaseer has also served as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at West Virginia University. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association, and is fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian.
